Issues & Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.
If you have an issue with your item, then we have a 30-day remediation or refund window, which begins from the date you receive the item.
Please send photographs of the item along with a description of the issue and your order number to twistedprintsspecialty@gmail.com to allow us to review.
We will endeavour to offer a replacement part(s) or refund, depending on the nature of the issue. If replacement part(s) are offered, these will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
